About Us

We’re Stephanie and Gillian, a couple who saved and invested our way to financial independence.  We said goodbye to our corporate careers and have been traveling the world full time ever since.

The story of our big adventure began in 2013 when we moved our lives and careers from Canada all the way to Singapore. Not only did this move expand our minds and horizons, it also helped us grow our investments and plan for a future of freedom. By 2019, we had achieved our financial goals. We got rid of everything we owned, packed a couple suitcases and hopped on a flight to Europe — with our two dogs Jasper and Huxley by our side. 

On our blog and YouTube channel, we share the inspiration and practical tips you need for enjoying your own freedom years. We cover it all: the epic adventures; the highs and lows of travel; and, most importantly, the real cost of life on the road (spoiler alert: it’s more affordable than you’d think).
